
Dr. Peter E. Ray attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas School of Dental Medicine. He is a member of the Arizona Dental Association, the American Dental Association and of the Academy of General Dentistry.
What Dr. Ray says about his profession:
"I love to work with people and try to help them understand exactly what they need and why. I love to teach patients about why certain dental procedures need to be done. And I am always happy to have a happy and 'smiling' patient leaving my practice."
He is very dilligent in his persue of continued education seminars for the latest advancements in dentistry. Dr. Ray graduated with honors from Arizona State University with a B.A. in Spanish before dental school. He served a two year mission for the LDS church to Buenos Aires, Argentina where he learned fluent Spanish.
Dr. Ray also has a last name that has some local history. Ray Road was named after his great-grandfather who came to Chandler Arizona many years ago. His family being one of the first to arrive in Chandler subsequently had the road named after them.
In his spare time, Dr. Ray enjoys being with his family: his wife Alejandra and his four children Mario, Gabby, Grace, and Sam. He stays active in the LDS church and various non-profit organizations like the Down Syndrome Network and as a volunteer dentist at St. Vincent de Paul Medical/Dental free clinic in Phoenix for years.
